I must agree that Timeshock is an epic game, I still have it, when we're on holiday at a hotel and its late, put timeshock into the laptop for a load of pinball fun

Agreed, I forgot about that game. It's a great game to waste time on long journeys.

Also, Myst and Heroes of Might and Magic are good too. Although sometimes I find Myst endlessly frustrating, but in "It's too clever for me," type way, rather than it's frustrating because it's bad.

The problem is that it doesn't run on Win7 64bit. It did on my old computer with XP but not anymore. Fantastic Journey is the only ProPinball title that is still working on Win7 although I have "new" versions of all tables (optimised for the new operating systems).

Aren't you able to run it in compatibility mode for Windows 7?

Tactics A2: Grimore of the Rift is the best IMO. None of those flipping annoying red and yellow cards like FFTA. It still has rules though, but they're more fun to follow, to have a challenge, than the needlessly harsh ones you find in FFTA.

No. Tried everything. The game loads, I can configure the options but when I want to play the actual game (load the table) it crashes.

Like Leander, im in my early 30's and am still a proper gamer, im going to have to go with a top 5, 3 isnt enough!

In no particular order:

- Speedball 2 (Megadrive)
- Timesplitters 2 & 3 (PS2)
- Fallout 3 (PS3)
- Final Fantasy X & XII (PS2)
- Hogs of War (PS1)
- Gran Tourismo (PS3)

Was that 6? Oops!

I'm still waiting patiently for the announcement from Crytek, hoping that is going to be the long awaited Timesplitters 4! Does anybody else here worship the Timesplitters series?
