What do they actually do, as they don't seem to do anything.

It says All Training Options Immediately (or something along those lines).

I have tried before and during Training to see if it actually completes a training cycle, which it does not.

So can anyone shed any light on what they actually do.

Oh and Thanks for a fun game, a little bit addictive

The text doesn't make sense at the moment. It will be fixed soon. It means "all training options are available immediately".

You cannot train your skills all the time...after training one skill there is a timeout of 15 minutes. You can only train the same skill again after these 15 minutes.

With a water bottle, you don't have to wait. In short: you can train more often and more quickly as you don't have to wait.
