I think they mean if they're blank. Not much point in saying "recruiting players over x%" if it's going to your teammates
. Obviously if its an established club, there will be some text in the open window anyway, but for the non-established... Maybe there should be a discrete display saying "Public" or "Private".
Are you saying that you have to pretty much ask someone if they can see the text?
