well, with 6 games to go and without loaning anyone out we have only lost 3 members so far.

The academy is basically where we switch players...

The academy is basically where we switch players round if say someone goes inactive or slacks on there stats. Everything else is seperate.

All in all, there are 9 leagues. Each league consists of a number of groups with 18 teams in each group.

1st league: 1 group
2nd league: 3 groups
3rd league: 9 groups
4th league: 27 groups

Solution to inactive and quiting players.

Whether people are willing to admit it or not - people are leaving the game. The update is well off the schedule we were given and the way things are structured right now no one wants to join a team...
